We would highly recommend Danny Price for anyone wishing to obtain an EPC. He arrived punctually, was professional at all times and promptly emailed our report later the same day. It is without hesitation we would continue to use him for future reports. Amazing service. Thank you
Tracy, Hawarden
This is my second time using Kevin (KMB Surveying Services) and both time have been exceptionally good. Kevin is always very thorough and professional. He communicates very well on the important issues and does what he says he will do and when he says it. I have very high trust in the building survey he has produced for me and particularly appreciate ethe level of detail and advice given. I fully believe that this recent survey will help save me thousands of pounds. As an added bonus, KMB charge very reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend Kevin in future.

Very informative. Areas noted where I need to be aware of items for attention, now or in the future.
Keith, Mountain Ash
I found the service easy to use and effective in getting contact and estimates, whereas I had struggled to find what I needed in a standard web search. David contacted me swiftly and followed up personally and gave a clear explanation of the service to be provided and a fixed cost for the work. The inspection was carried out in a timely manner and afterwards he supplied a verbal appraisal and then a written report. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend
D Taylor, Wellington
Richard has done Very good architectural design and drawings for my property and it has been very helpful through out the project. I would use him again on another project
