Promptness of response :  The response to the online enquiry to find a surveyor was very quick; I received an e-mail from Abbey Partners within a few minutes of completing the portal. I then spoke to the surveyor who was able to provide an appointment within 48 hours of my contact. Promises made were kept and appointments times were also kept.
Quality of service :  The Surveyor was helpful in advising me of the actions I needed to take, and also responded to questions I raised which resulted in my builder being able to complete his work and the LA passing the completed work on the first visit.
Value for money :  I don't have much comparison information, but of the quotes I received it was the best.
Professionalism :  Gave advice when requested and answered all questions to my satisfaction; polite, clear and concise in the information that was provided.
