Promptness of response :  We had a Buildings Survey. Prompt response from initial enquiry (within 24 hours), provided details of survey aspects, fees and booking form. Compared with other 2 quotes and decided to go with this company. Returned completed booking form but had to chase, by phone, after a week as no response. Received email advising had gone into the 'junk' folder; survey date confirmed in the same email - a Friday.
Quality of service :  Report received by email at the start of the following week with invoice and confirmation of a hard copy in the post. The report confirmed much of what we suspected and highlighted a few things we should have considered but didn't so it was useful to have these brought to our attention.
