Formed in 1994 the company, based in Lingfield, Surrey, is a small practice of Chartered Building Surveyors. Michael Redmond is experienced in undertaking surveys of both modern and historic buildings having gained experience on Victorian properties including conversions in London, as well as Listed timber framed properties within Surrey/Sussex/Kent. One of the Partners extended/refurbished his own Grade II Listed Cottage and has also designed and is building a green oak framed house.
