Quality of service :  Steve kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. The building survey was thorough and the report was easy to read. He always replied to calls promptly to answer my endless steam of questions afterwards so I knew the impact the findings would have on my investment. It was to be our first house and his findings stopped us taking on a project that would have cost us tens of thousands.
