A Chartered Building Surveying Practice, with over 30 years of experience throughout West Wales of a wide range of residential and commercial property. The Practice undertakes detailed and comprehensive building surveys, including condition ratings as standard and maintains a special interest in older properties and traditional building techniques. Home Buyer Reports without a valuation are regularly undertaken. Some Private clients return in latter years when they next move and commercial clients return with new commissions. We don't pursue clients for reviews but those who provide them rate 5 out of 5. Martin did an independent, thorough and professional full building survey on a 3-bed terraced house with garden and workshop.
