Energy Assessor
We use our extensive experience for services design to incorporate both energy saving products and renewable technologies to give you the best Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) report for your building. We can conduct Scottish SAP and SBEM calculations as required. We specialise in new build EPCs. Let us guide you through material selection advice, thermal bridging analysis, U-value calculations and even Passive House assessments to minimise the need for energy consumption.

M&E Detailed Design
At the pre-construction stage we often provide full mechanical and electrical detailed design or a more light touch tender and procurement assistance depending on your requirements. Again as a SAP /SBEM assessor this means that we have the 'real world' experience to feed back into the initial designs at the concept stage which can prevent problems especially with more modern new build such as overheating, undersized heat pumps or difficult ventilation issues.

Onsite & Post Build
A new build is ever more complex and in particular with rapid uptake of novel low energy and renewable technologies there is significant benefit from employing an independent engineer for commissioning and verification of the build. We typically are asked to do the 'as built' SAP or SBEM, air tightness testing and audit or performance testing of plant & renewable technologies
