Why we are different?

We all know that Estate Agents don’t always have the best of reputations….and sometimes this might well be justified. Homes Of Cornwall however are different. We will be donating a proportion of our profits to Cornwall based charities, amongst these are the Cornwall Air Ambulance Service and Cornwall Hospice Care. When you use our services you can choose your own local charity if you wish and at the end of the year all nominated charities will receive their share. Feel free to ask us about this unique service.We are available 7 days a week and pride ourselves on our contact with our clients. Our aim is to make the potentially stressful process of buying, selling or letting a house a more relaxed and happy experience.

Our Estate Agency fees are 0.75% plus VAT.
