Healthy Abode Environmental is an acoustics consultancy specialising in noise monitoring and acoustic surveys.
We produce noise impact assessments to aid planning applications for residential and commercial construction close to noise sources, BS8233 surveys, planning applications where new noise source is being introduced close to residential or sensitive receptors, e.g. airconditioning, commercial kitchen extraction systems, BS4142 noise reports. We undertake noise and vibration monitoring of construction sites for long-term periods; as well as noise and vibration monitoring of petrochemical, military and oil installations; as well as short-term monitoring of music festivals and events.

Professionalism : Sorry for delay in feedback, we have had an unexpected death in the family. I have acted on all the recommendations. I acquired an industrial size dehumidifier which filled up 4 times so as the surveyor suggested, there must have been residual damp in the wall, even though we waited 4 months of hot sun before decorating. It has been a costly and depressing exercise but with your help hopefully I can move forward. Thank you.
