Promptness of response : Contact was simple and quick, it felt like he had put the ball in my court and left it to me to decide and communicate at first which I appreciate as many other companies felt demanding or harassing with calls/texts and emails. I appreciated the relaxed nature but how effective it all was.
Quality of service : Was able to conduct the survey almost immediately whereas others were quoting weeks later. Appreciated the speed considering it was approaching the Christmas holidays too
