The report is written in plain English and building surveyors will identify failures in the building, what the cause is, how to correct it and a guide to the cost along with a life expectancy of all the elements with approximate refurbishment costs, where appropriate.We are a family owned professional practice and have been for over 35 years. We pride ourselves on our independence within the guidelines of our commimtment to our clients and the professional bodies to which we belong.All personnel who visit your site will be PROFESSIONALLY QUALIFIED to undertake such work and covered by our Professional Indemnity Insurance. The website was good. I booked a home buyers report with Dawson & Associates who were very prompt and the work was professionally carried out. Your service worked very well for me.The website was good. We used Dawsons & Associates. Survey now carried out in full. On the first visit they seemed to miss a section of the building, but full credit to them as soon as I pointed this out I recieved a call from Mr Dawson himself who arranged a second visit to the house at no extra cost and I recived a full report the next day by email. The service I received from Dawson & Associates was first class-very prompt service, always helpful advise, and very quick turnaround with survey results. Penny in the office was very approachable and helpful throughout the process. Would recommend to others!
