I found the website to be user-friendly. I used CPS Surveyors - Chris Kenton. We chose this surveyor because he seemed to be local and provided us with reasonable proof of 'suitable qualifications, accreditation, experience and insurance.' The survey was organised quickly and the Home Buyer report provided us with very valuable information on the house we intended to purchase.
