Value for money : Very good value around £30 cheaper than the estate agent quote.
Professionalism : Ben made the appointment and Jack carried out the survey. Cory sorted payment, then e mailed the certificate to me within 10 minutes. Excellent service, excellent team. I will certainly use this company in the future and would highly recommend them.

Quality of service : Cory completed the EPC at the agreed time and emailed the report to me within a few hours. Whist carrying out his survey he was not intrusive - which was important to me - as it was a property occupied by my tenants.
Value for money : Cory was cheaper than others in my area offering the same service.
Professionalism : Cory is a highly professional young man. He was so efficient and pleasant whist carrying out the work. I can not recommend him highly enough if you need an EPC.
