Valuation – valuation advice provided in accordance with RICS guidelines and regulations on commercial and residential property :

Commercial property – valuation for accounting, taxation or decision making purposes.

Residential property – valuation for sale, purchase or rental purposes as well as for taxation or family matters. Statutory valuations, for example Right to Buy, Leasehold Extension and Enfranchisement valuations also undertaken.

Lease Advisory – provision of rental valuation advice for commercial property rent reviews and lease renewals. Negotiation of terms on behalf of landlords or tenants and where necessary making written submissions to third party experts or arbitrators.

Agency services – sales and lettings of retail, office, industrial/warehouse and leisure properties. Assistance to clients wishing to buy or lease commercial property for occupational or investment purposes.

Inventory services – inventory reports provided on residential and commercial properties to assist in efficient leasehold administration and avoidance of disputes.
