Member Personnel and Qualifications
James has extensive experience working in planning and development, and leading multidisciplinary project teams to achieve planning permissions on projects of varying complexity and scales. Delivering these on time and to budget. His career has included working for Local Planning Authorities in Planning Policy and Development Management roles, for National House Builders, and private planning consultancies..
