Degree qualified and with over 25 years experience undertaking surveys on many types of property, a PlanDwell Property Condition Report will detail every defect found, however small, and is always a level 3 report as standard for the same or similar price as a level 2. Every defect will be clearly described and photographed, along with recommendations for repair, considerations for potential alterations to the property and a review of the value.

With over 25 years surveying experience you are safe with PlanDwell to provide you with a detailed report highlighting all defects within a property in a clear manner, including photographs, with recommendations for how to deal with them, ideas for how the property could be improved and a review of the value.
A PlanDwell survey always comes with a level 3 report for the same value that other surveyors charge for a level 2.
You will also received your report within a week of the survey inspection being undertaken.

Martin carried out the survey quickly after being instructed to do so(less than 5 working days), and we received the report within two days of the survey being undertaken, which was excellent. The report itself was detailed and comprehensive with a good written explanation of each defect, rated in accordance to how quickly it would need rectifying, and with photographs of each issue.
