Testing- Know your deadlines

It's good to know your deadlines for the maximum periods between inspections. Here's a quick overview to help.

Domestic- Up to 10 years

Domestic Landlord- Up to 10 years or change of tenant

Commercial- Up to 5 years or change of tenant

Industrial- Up to 3 years

PAT- Annually
