A very useful website for finding independent surveyors and I would highly recommend it. Instant response to my enquiry and a good list of appropriate surveyors provided. I subsequently contacted all of the surveyors listed to obtain specific quotes (some of which were cheaper than listed on the web site) and subsequently chose Richard Prescott based on his quote and availability to undertake the survey. The work was carried out satisfactorily. I am very pleased with the service provided. Richard was an extremely professional and pleasant surveyor with many years experience. He was very knowledgeable of the local area and the property market in general. He was willing to discuss all aspects of his work during the valuation survey visit and provided an excellent report promptly afterwards.
