Promptness of response :  They were very quick with quote and turnaround with structural calculations however it stops at that. They are totally a robot, only email, dont pickup calls and their engineer is remote which means they totally rely on me and builder to give them every details of walls and materials. And to be on safer side and to compensate for this they designed a steel beam which would be so expensive and totally unnecessary.
Quality of service :  Not at all. In my somewhat complex case they remotely designed the structural elements by proposing things that are too heavy and expensive for our needs. So yes they offered the best quote but they end up costing a lot more time and money in material and labour. Learning is that choose an engineer who is local and is able to come out for measurements. Also he ignore another section of wall in the building reg drawing which needed to be removed too. In the end I paid for a local engineer to do the job and these guys wont refund me the money.
Value for money :  For the reasons explained above, remote only engineers are poor value for money. I had to go with someone else and these guys are not refunding me.
Professionalism :  Not at all. They dont pickup the phone and they offshore the work making it very hard to discuss things in a timely way.

Quality of service :  Introduction to the architect in a timely way with a zoom meeting to set out and agree my requirements with just a few emails updating progress and agree plans.
Value for money :  A three tier cost band on the web site or bespoke cost for more complicated planning
Professionalism :  Timescale was as expected with progress emails. Be prepared to have photos of the property for the local authority which will go into the application.
