Promptness of response :  We were contacted very soon by the surveyor and an appointment was made to carry out a joint inspection of the property, which was attended promptly as arranged. .
Quality of service :  Samples of the offending debris were removed for examination by the Surveyor and having agreed a price which I considered reasonable, a specialist report of their findings was provided by email within a day or so, giving a clearance that no asbestos was found in the representative samples, which was a satisfactory result for us. The meeting and discussions with the surveyor were very cordial and I had no reason to distrust his competance and experiences. I was pleased with the prompt attention and the satisfactory result confirmed in their printed certificate.
Value for money :  As no other company was involved in our obtaining the estimate I do not have any comparative quotations but I did not doubt the honesty and the integrity of the Company and their dealings over this particular problem.
Professionalism :  I would feel confident in using them again, should we encounter other asbestos problems and was pleased with the introduction by your goodselves Thank you.

Promptness of response :  The contact I had throughout was very quick and informative. Emails were sent regularly and promptly.
Quality of service :  They gave me plenty of information on what was going to happen, they even contacted a third party in order to get the inspection done quickly. I didn't have to wait long either, two days and it was done.
Value for money :  I didn't get a lot of quotes from other companies, so not entirely sure how much other companies charge but the fact it was done quickly, was a benefit. Paying a deposit before hand and the rest after wasn't to bad. So yes good values for money.
Professionalism :  Very polite and informative, from dealing with the gentleman on the phone, to speaking to the lady on paying my deposit, everyone was very friendly and polite.
