Value for money :  Local Surveyors Direct gave a list of suppliers so just chose the cheapest one.
Professionalism :  He took shoes off before entering property even though we didn't ask him to. Very polite.

Promptness of response :  Mathew Davies responded to my enquiry the same day and was able to make an appointment for the date I required.
Quality of service :  Mathew carried out the EPC assessment quietly and quickly, and answered my questions on the property. He provided the completed record of assessment by email the following day.
Value for money :  Mathew informed me beforehand that price was £50, which I considered reasonable. I will ask him to carry out an EPC assessment on another property soon.
