Promptness of response :  I had a number of calls from surveyors following use of the site but chose one the one I wanted who was local and sensibly priced.
Quality of service :  Did exactly as he promised. Could not commit until a week later but completed the survey on a Friday, e-mailed results that afternoon, and received written report on the Saturday through the post.
Professionalism :  A solid report with the option to discuss further the results. Very pleased with his professionalism, and my choice
