Promptness of response : All staff were quick to respond, friendly, understood needs and arranged the solution quickly.
Quality of service : Men who came to complete the work were responsive to my queries and prepared to explain techniques used. They were prompt and arrived when said they would.
Value for money : Can't express my relief enough that the system used to repair faults in the drains meant there was no need for excavation around the house. I think the price was very fair. I understand there is a 5 year guarantee on this work which is longer than I expected.
Professionalism : Men were polite friendly prepared to answer my queries and showed me the technique (new to me) that they were using to repair the faults. The office staff were very helpful - and efficient and went beyond my expectations in arranging the invoice and billing.A big thank you to them regarding this. All round a really positive response and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the firm to others.
