Promptness of response : Although he wasn't home when I called after lunch, his wife was. She was very polite and lovely and took a message. I was called back before the end of business that day. As for the appointment, it would have been made for him to come within 24 hours except that I was not available..he was more than happy to travel to me as soon as I was.
Quality of service : Such a very nice gentleman who just got on with the job. The certificate and receipt were emailed to me within 24 hours. Very prompt and professional throughout.
Value for money : A very good price for his time and expertise..not just his time at the house but his travel, experience plus his time putting the correct paperwork together for me afterwards..I believe I had a bargain!
Professionalism : A very polite, well dressed and professional gentleman. I felt completely at ease with him and also felt that should I have had any further queries, it would not have felt like anything was too much bother for him.
