The surveyor also gave important information about the health risks. I have since arranged or an EMF test to be carried out.
Professionalism : The only thing I would mention is that it was a bit of a performance getting into the report itself because of passwords being needed. I think paying for the report was also a bit of a performance for the same reason. We seemed to have to attempt both several times before succeeding, resulting in several emails. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the service and the survey. The surveyor had been very thorough in carrying out the survey.

As roofers are not currently taking on work meant that the report just sort of passed the buck a bit and now none the wiser if chimney support safe or unsafe

They expect you to accept what they say and ignore all and any questions, hence I chose my own legal advisor. As an estate agent they are good anything else give a wide birth.
Quality of service : As for an estate agent they are good, fair, and honest, their valuation is pretty good too, their conveyancing department, is rubbish.

Quality of service : After reading the report, I contacted the staff who sent me the report and made some enquires. The staff told me to send over an email listing out my enquiries, so that the enquiries could be forwarded to the surveyor. I did and requested for a call with the surveyor. Finally, there was a call with the surveyor to ease my concerns.
Professionalism : The report gives a general overview of the condition of the property.

They asked if we had anything specific we were concerned about in the house and took these in to account for us as part of the report. Although the vendor cancelled on the arranged day, they were able to quite quickly rearrange this for only a couple of days later. We then received the report only a couple of days after the work had been done. I was very impressed with the service and would recommend.
