Value for money :  The supplier provided the lowest quotation but we preferred to accept another.

Promptness of response :  Contacted me the day I sent my enquiry and visited me to discuss the project a few days later.
Quality of service :  Yes, offered various possibilities for me to consider in relation to possible house extension.
Value for money :  No cost for the initial visit to discuss possibilities for extension. A letter detailing costs of fees followed a few days after the visit. I later decided to employ someone else to draw up and submit plans to the Council for me, at a lower cost.
Professionalism :  Yes,very professional.
