Promptness of response :  Bob responded by email explaining his services quite quickly, so I booked him to do an EICR and Gas Safety check for the house we are intending to purchase. His email was signed Bob Young Young Alarms Gas and Electric
Quality of service :  He did not respond to emails sent to discuss his report, although the inspection was noted as satisfactory, there were several recommendations. He did not do the Gas safety check, after initially agreeing, gave no explanation why not, thankfully did not invoice me for that. Very disappointing.
Value for money :  The EICR findings were satisfactory, but without him being available to discuss them, and no response to emails to him and his colleague, I have less confidence in his findings.
Professionalism :  I did not learn much about the wider issues with the property and what improvements could be done as advised in the EICR. No Gas safety check was done. I feel like he did the electrical inspection, took the money and I was no further use to him.

Professionalism :  The electrical report was professionally carried out and appropriately emailed to me. However, the back up admin leaves a little to be desired as the job internally booked was for a gas inspection too, so the extra person who arrived was not needed. It took 3-4 goes to get a correctly listed invoice for the work.
