Mr Philip Lovegrove of Thistle Consulting contacted me the following morning and I arranged for him to do the EPC. What he charged for this service (£65) I thought was very reasonable, (the letting agency was going to charge £75). It was my partner who saw Philip and she said he was very nice and it was apparent that he knew what he was doing.
