Promptness of response : Talbot Electrical responded to my mail outlining costs and materials and the time taken to do the job. Unfortunately he was fully booked up till mid November. My Job was ASAP for my wife's medical equipment, Said I would get back to him if I could not find immediate response from other electricians. I found his email useful& considerate. DS
