Quality of service :  The Surveyor was personable and professional. The report was written to a high standard (although there were a couple of inaccuracies initially but these were rectified quickly when I pointed them out). The admin staff were also very helpful.
Value for money :  I was suprised at how much this service costs generally,but this company were on the less expensive end of the market.
