Surveying People is a RICS regulated company.
30 Years in the Making - Our journey began within the construction industry way back in the 90’s as Kello Construction Ltd. Since then we have evolved in to a multi discipline agency offering a full service for property surveying.
Our services continue to be relied on by Councils, Housing Associations and other Private Sector organisations.
Our team consists of Chartered Surveyors and Domestic Energy Assessors.
We have been conducting Stock Condition Surveys, Dilapidation Reports and Building Surveys for the Public Sector for many years.

Promptness of response : Drone survey of roof included in survey cost which was about middle of range of all other estimates none of which included a drone. Drone was deciding factor for choosing them as dormer roof high up which would have been difficult to examine with binoculars from ground.
Quality of service : All good. Some slight communication problems with original survey being postponed just before xmas & then follow up telephone call but all ok in the end & recommended.
