Promptness of response :  Sarah was quick to respond to my on line request and was the only one to get back to me promptly, hence she got the job! We have no regrets in choosing her for our project design work. We would highly recommend her due to the relaxed, understanding and consultative approach she provides. Her first and second consultation was friendly and she quickly qualified our needs and took the time to find about our ideas and managed to portray this successfully through her design work.
Value for money :  Good rates and because she is a small responsive personal service she has no big attached head office costs hence a good client rate is passed on!
