Promptness of response :  Unfortunately Stewart was unwell and not able to complete the survey as quickly as originally indicated. Nevertheless, the survey was carried out 6 days after instruction. It took a further 8 days to provide the report, which was longer than we had been advised.
Quality of service :  As far as I am able to judge, the survey has been conducted in a thorough and professional manner and save for a few minor errors the report appears high quality. However I am disappointed by the absence of aftercare. Although Stewart's covering email stated "if you have any queries whatsoever please contact me at any time", I have never received any response to my emailed queries, despite chasing.
Value for money :  Stewart billed £650, which was £50 less than quoted. I am not sure why. I understand this to be a competitive price. I would rather have paid £50 (or £100) more and received answers to my queries.
Professionalism :  I cannot consider it professional not to respond to client emails.
