Promptness of response :  Paul responded to my initial email within 2 hours, and visited the next day to assess what was feasible.
Quality of service :  Paul was reassuring, helpful, thorough and professional. He went the extra mile to put me in touch with a builder, and liaised with him to explain my requirements, and produced drawings to assist when exploratory work was needed.
Value for money :  Whilst I only needed a relatively small supporting wall calculation worked out, I felt that Paul offered a very good service for a very good price.
Professionalism :  It was very refreshing to deal with someone so responsive, who doesn't need chasing up to produce what they've promised - which has been my experience previously with having building work done, I highly recommend Standing Structures.
