Promptness of response :  Mr Rathbone (SR-Electrical)responded by email requesting details of my requirements, he replied promptly with his quotation which I accepted and agreed a date.
Quality of service :  Mr Rathbone arrived on time and proceeded with the electrical testing, he appeared very thorough, requesting information from me on a couple of things, he passed the system and recommended replacing the plastic consumer unit with a metal one, he emphasised it was not essential to his issuing a certificate as the existing one was still legal, I asked him to send me a quote which I have received and will ask him to do the work when I have him come to certify the system again in 5 years time.
Value for money :  It seemed reasonable enough for me not to bother getting any other quotes.
Professionalism :  Mr Rathbone was friendly without being pushy and I was able to talk with him on a personal level.
