The Green Deal Initiative is designed to allow property owners to pay for energy saving improvements to their buildings using the savings achieved from the improvements.
Repayments are calculated using a Green Deal Report and recovered through the electricity bill. The only cost to be met is that of the Green Deal Survey required to identify the savings.
Householders in Scotland, England and Wales can claim Cashback from the Government on energy saving improvements
like insulation, new condensing boilers, draughtproofing etc.
If you install certain energy efficient improvements in your home, you may be able to claim Cashback for each measure you install, up to the value of £1200 with additional and substantial funding available for solid wall insulation. £100 is also available towards the cost of your green deal advice report.
The Green Deal enables you to obtain finance for an amount that is based on the potential savings on your energy bills from the measure(s) installed.Contact Details
