New build properties do unfortunately come with a reputation, and you will only ever hear the horror stories, but it doesn’t have to be like that, and in our experience, houses are built extremely well and are perfectly capable of giving you what you expect from them. However, they are after all built by humans, and sometimes issues do develop. Things can get forgotten or not quite go to plan in the build process.

Having a “New build survey” conducted by us (recommended within your first 6-12 weeks of ownership) gives you the report you need moving forwards. We even produce roofing reports using one of our drone fleet and Thermal imagining reports which quickly identify heat loss.
