Promptness of response :  The response was very good on initial contact, very clear as to what would happen and what I would expect. The suppliers responses to emails has always been very quick.
Quality of service :  The overall approach was extremely good and communication was to a high standard. The survey then helped me to ask further questions, and request further clarity from the seller. There were things that was picked up in the survey and required my urgent attention which was due to the quality of the service. Photos also helped to clearly identifify the areas being talked about in the report and there was good explanation and meaning to help my own knowledge.
Value for money :  Money was well spent. I had quick feedback after the survey and then received a very detailed report thereafter, and both were done quickly. There was a lot of detailed information in both reports. It was good that I could clearly see in detail as to what I would receive from the service for my money prior confirmation of service. I could see an example of a survey report so I also had an understanding of what I was to expect on receiving my report.
Professionalism :  I can't fault. On initial speaking they were very clear and helpful, and clearly explained things and the process. They provided me with a clear breakdown quote straight away. They were always polite in communication and any queries to questions were responded to quite quickly.
