Promptness of response :  The firm was the only one who responded positively to my enquiry on Saturday 26th August - the bank holiday weekend. Two others didn't respond, one didn't phone back "within 10 minutes" as promised, and one didn't now do work in Dronfield, Derbyshire, despite what was said on their website. Drain Solutions was the other one on your list that I contacted, but I can't remember what their response was -if any.
Quality of service :  The firm was able to fit a new pipeline inside the existing sewer, solving the leakage problem. This avoided having to dig up about 50 feet of garden to lay a new plastic sewer.
Value for money :  I can't comment on this. The firm knows that I was hoping not to pay so much for the work, but at least the work done has solved the problem.
Professionalism :  At all stages of work the supervisor explained the process and costings.
