Steve was fantastic. He was on site for a considerable time. He was extremely thorough . The house was very run down but he went beyond the normal inspection. His report was incredible. So much detail in over 40 pages. After I received the report which was shortly after inspection he was prepared to spend his time discussing any points I wish to raise. I would not hesitate to use him again and he comes highly recommended.

Promptness of response :  I spoke to Steven instantly, and he managed to find time between Christmas and New Years to fit me in and accommodate my tight turn around request. Additionally the follow up phone call was the same day as his viewing and report followed shortly after.
Quality of service :  Couldn't have asked for better quality of service! Aside from a really detailed report, during the follow up call Steven took the time to explain anything and everything I wanted to go into, so I felt I had a solid understanding of the reports findings and implications for me. The highlight was Steven being able to detect a anomalies in a subsidence report just by looking at it and verifying with the owner about a sequence of events leading up to it - very impressed considering the importance of accuracy would have been on the subsidence investigation!
Value for money :  I dont think there was anything left out, very comprehensive and thorough review and report for a modest fee.
Professionalism :  Steven spoke at a level which I could understand concepts from his report and was happy to explain anything further in this or any follow up need
