He went one step further and arranged a visit when he was closer to my area which was able to give me some clarification about my issues and guidance about whether a full survey would be required.

Professionalism :  This is not what I call professional. The whole idea of a survey is that you get a good idea of the property you are buying. I cannot fault the survey just the time it took to get the report out and I am still waiting for a hard copy.
