We are a well established firm of Chartered Surveyors and you can be assured that all of our surveys are carried out by RICS qualified surveyors with at least 20 years experience in undertaking both Building surveys and Homebuyer reports. We have experience of valuing and surveying houses throughout the North West/Stockport/Manchester area with particular expertise in Stockport, South Manchester, Wilmslow, Bramhall, Poynton, Macclesfield, Cheshire and the towns and villages that make up those areas. We have as we mention been carrying out surveys in those areas for well over 20 years. We also undertake valuations for most mortgage lenders and private valuation reports.

Promptness of response : I think Nick was one of the first to email me.
Professionalism : Whilst the service was efficient, I sometimes felt customer service was lacking a tad in the emails from Nick. There was never a greeting or a 'Regards, Nick' at the end. Also a couple of typo errors occurred. However the report was comprehensive and has helped me towards a decision on whether to purchase the property
