Quality of service :  The initial consultations are offered 7 days a week between 8am and 8pm, but then, once our deposit was paid we were only offered consultations Monday to Friday 10 to 4pm. We weren't told during initial contact that this would be the case and felt slightly misled and frustrated as we had chosen them due to their availability in weekends
Value for money :  Our project isn't complete yet, so I don't feel I can comment on this section yet
Professionalism :  So far they have been very professional at all times
