Value for money : The service we received was good value for money and Red Fox were the only company to offer the specific structural service. We received several quotes from other companies that ranged from £560.00 to £700+ the price of a full survey and extra for a valuation which we did not require.

Promptness of response : When I emailed Sue she replied really quickly and offered a really fast turnaround on the survey. Actually faster than we were ready for!
Quality of service : Both Sue and Jerry were great, really helpful and really knowledgeable before, during and after the survey. The report itself was incredibly thorough and included photos and lengthy descriptions as standard (compared to other "larger" providers who charge through the nose for photos).
Value for money : We were on the verge of paying far more for a product which would have been less thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to use Red Fox again each and every time I buy a property in the future.
