Promptness of response : Phillip was brilliant. He e-mailed me really promptly after I made an enquiry, and found that a survey had been done in 2017 that was still valid. I was able to go to the website and find the certificate which is required for my rental property. Also, be didn't charge me for his time, which I thought was really good of him. Would strongly recommend him.
