Promptness of response :  Very quick response, I was impressed.
Quality of service :  Ross (RAG Designs) produced a good drawing very quickly. When he submitted it to the council planning office, he had to resolve an issue in the validation process, which he did successfully and with minimal delay (which wasn't his fault).
Value for money :  I broadly agree, and the service has been very professional, but that comes at a price.
Professionalism :  Yes, and I'd use RAG again, though I don't expect to do any further alterations to my house.
