Promptness of response :  I dealt with this company as Southern Heating Group. They were extremely responsive and accommodated my requirements at very short notice.
Quality of service :  I used this company for gas and electric checks, boiler servicing and electrical works. All were undertaken efficiently, with professional and friendly service from the engineers on-site, followed up promptly wit all the required paperwork.
Value for money :  The price for the work was very fair. I may have found cheaper elsewhere but I'd read previous reviews and wanted to use a company I felt confident in. I'm glad I chose to use them and would definitely go back to them if I needed there services again, in fact I did a few days later when I discover the sink and tap in the property needed attention.
Professionalism :  All my communications and dealings with Tony and the engineers were professional.

Promptness of response :  The response was immediate, I phoned Southern Heating Group Ltd. one day and their team was there the next day to carry out the inspection. When I agreed to remedial and additional work, that too was done very quickly and efficiently.
Quality of service :  I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the replacement of like for like equipment, i.e. smoke alarms.
Value for money :  I checked the prices of several companies and Southern Heating Group Ltd. was the best. My house they worked on is one I let so I referred them to the letting agents I use.
