Quality of service : The site visit was very insightful and helpful in providing details and advice on their service.
Value for money : Costs for some of the items which seemed un-necessary (3d scan) were higher than others and also did not include technical drawings others had quoted for.
Professionalism : They were very professional and contacted me many times to confirm arrangements and to follow up following the site visit.

Promptness of response : Contacted me and gave a fees proposal on the basis of our general requirements before coming to see the property.
Quality of service : Came to do a site survey and started the design work, but has been in lockdown since due to the virus. We have therefore not received any design proposal.
Value for money : Will know once the work has been carried out.
Professionalism : In our dealings so far, they have been professional. Will know more once we have received a design proposal and are able to get through to the planning phase.
