Prime Architecture provides Architectural design, planning services and solutions; from initial design concepts through to completion. We specalise in both residential and commercial projects & serve clients from all sectors. The practice is based in Cross Hands, Llanelli, 10 miles from the market town of Carmarthen.
The practice prides its self on consistently delivering high quality designs by providing a solutions which meets and exceeds our clients aspirations. We offer a competitive fixed, fee-quote to suit all clients budgets and requirements. Unlike others, our fee quotes are not based on a percentage of your project costs, nor influenced on the project value nor construction costs, but worked out accurately (and highly competitively) on the range of services you and your project want and need.

Quality of service : Quality of service we had was exceptional. The Architect was very friendly, professional and informative to our planning requirements.
Value for money : The Architect was cost effective. Despite us not proceeding with our plan due to planning constraints and cost, we paid what was appropriate for the work he and his company had done for us. We were very happy.

Architectural Design (Medium projects). Tim, Llanybydder. April 2016.Promptness of response : Mr Cellan Jones, of CWJ Architectural Designs, responded with the utmost promptness to our request for a home visit regarding possible work on a kitchen extension at our property.
Quality of service : Mr Jones was courteous, efficient, friendly and highly professional in our dealings with him.
Value for money : After some consideration we chose not to go ahead with the kitchen extension project because of a possible move to another property. This is no way reflects on Mr Jones, but was our decision entirely after seeing a house we thought we may be interested in. Judging by our meeting with Mr Jones we are sure he would have seen that any work would have been carried out to the highest standard possible and would have provided good value for money.
Professionalism : Mr Jones was extremely professional in his dealings with both myself and my wife when he visited our home. We were both impressed by his friendly and polite manner and, having met him, would certainly recommend him to others who might want to consider using his services. (See above for earlier comments).
