Quality of service :  We did have to chase several times, and the report would have been later if we hadn't. However I do feel the report was at the standard I'd expect.

Professionalism :  I didn't appreciate having my emails ignored- I think that is incredibly unprofessional. After calling in and chasing again, they did get our report to us that day though, which was appreciated!

Value for money :  Considering that I was getting this following a survey on the property which highlighted the two concerns mentioned above to which I got no answer, then this was a waste of money. They also sent me an NICEIC for the rental market ; I'm not renting the property! I had to get them to change it.
